Yes of course! Unlike other coworking spaces we understand the importance of being able to take calls whilst you are at your desk. We do kindly ask that if you are planning on spending all morning engaging over the phone, it might be more suitable to book out a meeting room.
We value diversity at Little Tokyo Two so it is very difficult to put an average age on our members. One of our youngest members is only 15 but we have members who are 70+. Either way, we can probably say that the average age is 30 - 35.
We have a number of membership options available to ensure that even if you are only using the space sporadically it is worth your while.
Our Ronin membership package entitles you to utilise the space 1 day a week and also during off peak hours.
If you wanted to come in just one day here and there, we also have our Kyo membership offering which is a single day use only. Perfect for out of towners who need a place to work for the day!
You can start by giving us a call! We have a team of dedicated Community Managers who have worked with many people who had an idea. The beauty about Little Tokyo Two is that we provide the tools, resources and support to help make your idea a reality. Neat, huh?
Little Tokyo Two has more than 30 mentors who gives up their time to provide free advice to our members. We ensure that we have mentors in our spaces regularly throughout the week. We set up a time for our mentors to pop in, let you know who will be in and when and leave the rest to you. We think it's best to make a personal connection with our mentors and then the rest will flow from there.
Furthermore, if you feel like you need assistance in any particular area, just talk to the Community Manager and we'll arrange to introduce you to the right mentor!
Little Tokyo Two has events happening almost every single day. Many of our events are open to the public and you can find details either through our Events page or via Facebook. Many of these are free like A to IPO and are a great way of getting to know Little Tokyo Two if you haven't visited before.
Your membership allows you to also utilise our Spring Hill and Springfield locations. Our CBD location requires a separate membership. Petrie Terrace only has permanent desk & office members, so there isn't any hot desk access here.
Little Tokyo Two has a number of offices available across all sites however these are always in high demand. If you have specific requirements, our team would be happy to chat to you about availabilities.
If there is nothing available at the time, we can put you on our waiting list and let you know once an office becomes available.
Our offices range from 3 to 8 people, so there's room for your business to grow.
No way! Little Tokyo Two is home to more than 300 people - each of which are working on unique projects. We have startups alongside well established organisations, we have freelancers alongside small teams - you're sure to find people that you can collaborate with for your business.
Each and every member is valued at Little Tokyo Two and we don’t discriminate against anyone who wants to call Little Tokyo Two home.
55% of members at LT2 are between 0 - 3 years old, so there's a diverse range of young and small businesses!
So far we have helped over 600 businesses start and over 70 of them outgrow us!
We are proud that we have had some amazing success stories for our me mbers. We have had many alumni go on to receive investment, and a handful who have been able to sell their business for a small fortune. To date, we have never had a business fail whilst they've been a member of LT2. If you're encountering tough times, we'll do everything possible to help you back on your feet!
You might be familiar with Taj Pabari who has built 56 Creations that is now being sold across the globe. Another one of our alumni is Sarah Pearce who started her business Travel Shoot right here at Little Tokyo Two.
We've all had days when you need to burn the midnight oil, particularly when it comes project deadlines. Luckily we have free tea and coffee to keep you going all night, and beers to celebrate when you're done!
