History Behind the Brisbane Business Collaborative

Networking and collaborating are 2 things I've noticed that businesses are craving, but just don't know where or how do find these opportunities. One of my business goals for 2017 is to network and I was struggling to find events in Brisbane that would cater for eager, like minded, entrepreneurs and so I created The Brisbane Business Collaborative after asking in a group one day if anyone would like to connect.

The Brisbane Business Collaborative will focus on connecting businesses together to network, collaborate, create and support one another through their business journey. Ultimately, The Brisbane Business Collaborative is all about: "Connecting businesses together one event at a time."

Benefits of Networking Events

There are many things that an entrepreneur should do for their business, but one key element that people often forget about is: networking.

Networking is a key component for your business, not only because it's fun, but it's critical to your business development/growth, but also your personal growth.

Networking has some amazing benefits such as but not limited to:

1. You will gain authentic relationships face to face vs through a computer;

2. You will generate new leads/referrals;

3. You will learn through others;

4. You will be supported by likeminded people;

5. You will gain new perspectives and fresh insight;

6. You will have more connections to call upon when you need them;

7. You will increase your self-esteem/confidence as you push yourself to talk/connect with new people;

8. You will raise your profile;

9. You will gain satisfaction by helping others;

10. You will gain opportunities for your business.
